Dynamic mesh instanced?

I want to know how I can use dynamic instances, I have a scene of a stadium, with many lively people, and let me know how I can render the scene in real time. without my GPU down so much, I have 64 of ram, geforce gtx 980 ti 6gb, and my fps down to 10, someone who can advise me or tell me how I can use dynamic instances?

To my knowledge, skeletal meshes can not be instanced / batched. Perhaps you better off using aggressive LOD/imposters and lower polycount per character.
