Well guys can anyone tell me how to create Dynamic Fur in UE4
There is nothing in UE4 for creating fur at the moment. You will have to do it in your 3D modelling application. Gameworks hair and fur may be available through Nvidia’s branches at some point, possibly now, I haven’t looked in a while.
