Dynamic AI Navigation

Deer Epic for the last week++ I have been strugeling with AI.
I am using dynamic generation of NAV Mesh that is only invoked around agents.
And i am unable to get the AI to move outside its current generated NAV Mesh radius.

Now it whould be realy nice if things like documentation or sample was available.
The use case am looking at is a large world pre building NAV Mesh will not be a option.
I know this was done for the Open World Demo (Kite Demo) is there any information on this subject?
