DXR extremely slow rendering on 4.25

Hi guys, I’m playing around with my first scene that uses raytracing with DXR. I have a gtx 1080 at the moment. Attached scene is a demo that I’m working on.
In my viewport I have a fps of about 20, not much but I guess that is because of the lack of rtx card. However when I export a sequence, the rendering gets extremely slow.
I’ve left all raytracing settings to their default. Sequence is 12 sec at HD. Took about 3 hours to render. How can that be normal?
Am I missing something or what am I doing wrong?

Found the answer for now. Works better and faster so far.

it is correct in raytracing! you need time to denoise and gi denoise!
