Every time I place a brush in the world and edit it extensively UE will freeze and crash. It will allow me to edit it for some time, but will reach this point inevitably. I noticed it is accessing (D:) which is a few megabytes from full. I have no idea why it would want to access (D:) when it runs on my main drive (C:) and the Vault is on (E:)
