Sup, anyone! Other day I try to launch UE4 11.2, but unsuccessful. I checked graphic card features (GT 630), so its support DX11, I think.
I checked other answers about this problem, particulary I checked DxDiag and critical windows updates.
More absurd, that the UE4 12.5 is launching, but its functionality leaves much to be desired. The content menus are opening very slowly(5-60sec).
Also, two weeks ago, I successful launched UE4 11.2, and I didnt know, where the problem.
Hi Makentoshe,
I can’t say that the GT 630 is a card that we actually support. If you see our recommended hardware that our minimum requirements are a GTX 470. The 630 may be from a newer generation of cards, but is actually a lower spec card than the 470. The 470 has 1GB of VRAM and 440 CUDA cores. The 630 comes in at 1GB of VRAM and 96 CUDA cores. While the engine has the capability of running on cards less powerful than the 470, there’s no guarantee that it’ll work consistently.
If you’d like to continue working in 4.11.2, what I’d recommend is to do a complete uninstall of 4.11.2 and then a re-install.
Sup all. I am here again. A half year later I decide to solve this problem. So the first shot was immediately to the target. I’m just updated my video card drivers. And it works now.
