DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run engine

whenever I attempt to start Unreal engine I am prompted with the message “DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run engine.” Checking my DirectX shows that I have level 10.0 feature. I have tried running many versions, but none work. I am running on window 10.

I have this problem too.

I was having this problem as well running a clean install of Windows 10 with a Radeon RX 550 GPU. Downloading and installing the latest drivers from AMD fixed the problem.
