Dust Trail effect

Hi
I know this has been asked a few times before, but as a new user on niagara fluids i cant follow the recommendations given on the answers, i was wondering if someone could breakdown a little bit more the process, please.
In my thinking of doing this effect is by importing the animated tires into UE5 and some how emit particles from this and then add the smoke, and probably later in a blueprint tell the effect when to start?
is this path is the correct one to follow?
