I just redownloaded the Epic Launcher and was prompted to Download Twinmotion2022.2 and I’m confused as to whether I need to DL the engine for game performance or something, or is this a seperate project all together?

Do you mean just playing games? You probably need launcher, but you don’t need Twinmotion, and you don’t need to get the engine either, because it ships with the games…
