Dear RC support,
Would it be beneficial to have/use a dual video card setup to run your software?
Are there any constraints or problems that I should be concerned of?
The Dell 3630 Workstation comes with the option for “Dual” NVIDIA Quadro P4000 (8GB). I just would like to make sure this is worth the investment.
Do you have any feedback for this type of video card?
Can I add the second video card at a later time ?

Hey GSAPPIT,
I would not recommend any Quadro card at all. They’re specifically designed to work well with CAD applications, RC is not that kind of software. You’d get much better performance for a lot less money when you use an Nvidia GTX/RTX card.
Running Quadro’s in dual is the same deal. Similarly you’ll get about 30-40% better performance (=less processing times) when using a second GTX/RTX card.
