Dual Shock 3: Motion Sensing

so in UE4 inputs, there are 4 parameters for Motion

Tilt
Rotation Rate
Acceleration
Gravity

Could you please share info, with what accuracy in mm, degrees , and ms (in space, angle, time) they all work?

Do you think, it is possible to reconstruct the curve in space the player moves the controller along?

For instance, if I shake the gamepad up-down, can I distinguish it in UE4 from say, left-right movements?
