Dropping Simulated Objects on Scene and Freezing them

We are trying to drop some bodies and garbage with physics into a scene so they get randomly allocated, when I hit play it works, but obviously when I hit stop the bodies return to T pose. Is there a way to freeze on their final destination? Some sort of baking?

I am not aware of such function.
What’s the problem with just letting the bodies simulate as soon as the game starts?

We don’t want them to be moving at all when the game starts, we want to place them organically on the map
