Draw Calls are high even though there isn't much in scene

My project has been having high draw calls. The thing that’s weird that it seems that the objects that I have aren’t culled.

The stats resulted is from a scene are from where I’m facing away from the world. Therefore, there is only lights, sky atmosphere, etc.

Turning off direct light doesn’t affect much. So, I don’t think the lights are the problem.
Any ideas on what might be causing this?
