Draw basic polyline tool/geometry for gap filling

It would be nice to be able to draw basic geometry (polyline) snapping to the point cloud within RC to add additional geometry (and save those as separate mesh components).

This would allow easy hole filling in the case of laser scans and allow us to fill gaps (e.g. windows, reflective surfaces that were not scanned).

Those mesh components could then also be immediately textured within the same software, eliminating the need to go back and forth between the software. Maya e.g. does not load the point cloud and slows down a lot when loading a complex mesh (e.g. quad draw is very slow) for retopology. Some basic draw geometry tool would allow us to fill the gaps much more quickly.

It would be nice to export those as separate components in OBJ / FBX. A tool to delete faces would also help accelerate the process.
