Dragon Scaling issue

I am trying to rescale the dragon, i have changed the mesh scale to 0.4 (perfect size), i also set the Z,X,Y to so its on the floor correctly.
The issue i am having now is the text e.g. Dragon lvl 10 is not in the right place and when you go close to the dino while its flying you cant mount it as it thinks you are not close enough to it. Can anyone tell me how i sort these problem out please.

I also tried creating a copy of the skeleton file and changing the scale there, but it still does the same thing.

Still not having any luck, any ideas please?

I think it has something to do with the capsule component but I have never re-sized a dino so maybe this will help

Yes P0k3r is most certainly right. Have a look at the capsule component and use “Capsule Half-Height” and “Capsule Radius” to fit your new scale.
