Drag notify state causing crash

This bug happens to me(and lots of my colleagues) today.

In any animation, place a trailer or a timed particle effect notify state.

Select the PSTemplate, any template, and select a socket name.

It just works fine yesterday. So this is maybe conflict with some microsoft updates.

I reproduced this crash in 4.10 and tracked it down in our system. However, I was unable to reproduce in 4.12 and see no Crash Reports for this past 4.10. I can’t enter a bug report for this because of that. Thank you for reporting it though.

i can confirm its still happens in 4.16, although with different a normal notify. was fine but suddenly started happening. if this hasnt been tracked then its possible its still around in 4.18
