Drag 2 widgets from one

I have created 2 widgets that can be dragged. Is there a way to drag both widgets when one is being dragged?

Off the top of my head I think you could probably create widget with those two widgets as elements of it and then do drag drop for the parent widget rather than the two ‘child’ widgets if that makes any sort of sense.
