Where Can you find the rotating gizmo?
there are two of them!, one can be found in dolls after turning the power on, the other can be obtained by shooting at the lever near the teleporter and then use the teleporter you will see it nearby

it is in the drop too! I usually activate the death ray that is in the lab, just to grab the drop and be sure that I picked up all the important parts
