Just like blender doc.
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/

I wish i were able to download the unreal doc in HTML format.
I (and many others) don’t have constant internet access.
Please add this feature.

Thank you for providing us your feedback. We are aware of this feature request as we continue to evaluate the formats available to provide the best offline viewing experience to our userbase, however, it is currently a lower priority for our Team. Currently, our focus includes improving multiple areas of existing UE4 documentation for this coming year.
