Hello,
I’m trying to download and install your engine using your application and it freezes on OS X 10.10.
When I start it again and download again… it download ALL content again as well.
What is wrong? Why is there pause button when it doesn’t work ?
You have no trial version to test if it is working properly and this seems it is not working, when I pay for it.
Same here with Yosemite. Launcher freezes. If restarted, continues from an old checkpoint and freezes again after a while.
I am attaching a stack dump and log files. Since the log is too big I uploading only the first and last 50 lines.
Hi JiriBendl,

Adding the parameter -HTTP=Curl the engine downloads successfully.
$ /Applications/Unreal Engine.app/Contents/MacOS/UnrealEngineLauncher-Mac-Shipping -HTTP=Curl
What do you mean by adding a parameter onto the end of the file?
It is a command. Open Terminal.app and copy and paste that line to open the UE Launcher.
It gives me this error -bash: /Application/Unreal: No such file or directory.
Because there’s a space. Copy with the quotes.
“/Applications/Unreal Engine.app/Contents/MacOS/UnrealEngineLauncher-Mac-Shipping” -HTTP=Curl
Wow, hopefully this works, you’re a lifesaver.
Hi JiriBendl,
Does Coder3d’s solution work for you as well?
Our Launcher team was able to reproduce this issue and have entered a report for it in our tracking software.
Cheers,
TJ
Hi, yes, it was working even without it, maybe 6th or 7th attempt.
Thank you
