As I have researched, unreal engine 4.7 was rebased in February of 2015 so why am I not able to install it from the epic games launcher? There are various foliage packs that would be great to add but they all require 4.7. Is 4.7 released to the public yet or is it something with my account? The newest version I am able to download is 4.24.
The engine version 4.7 is very, very old. The version numbering is incremental. 4.24 is the most recent release. Think of 4.7 as if it was 4.07.
