Downloaded and installed 5.1.1 and it won't launch

So I followed all the instructions and it won’t launch.

Would you mind posting the logs from the crash? There’s not much we can do to help with the information you’re giving us here. :slight_smile:

There were no errors and no crashes. It simply didn’t initialise from the website! Click and no response. So I uninstalled it and tried version 5.0
It works but complains about memory.
