Download UE Percentage Decreasing

I have same problem with this question

But my problem is not launcher, when install engine inside launcher. My old UE is 4.10 (it was fine and normal download, perhaps @ 2015), then i’ll try to upgrade to 4.13 (13 Nov 2016). Not stuck but still downloading until 4 days lol (not finish), and Percentage sometime increase and decreased included my folder epicgames properties. And I try to fresh install my windows Ultimate 7 SP1, install new launcher from official UE, download 4.12 ( coz think perhaps the problem is from 4.13). But still at same problem, not stuck, downloading but sometimes decreases and took days, not finished. I try pause,restart my computer and resume, but only increased 2-5% and stuck again (my download not stop, still walking but not increase). this is weird. My internet speed 100-120kB/s (cable but not FO), its normal to download anything, except UE T_T

Please help, whats wrong with this.

And I dunno which debug log I should attach, coz many of them. For example SelfUpdatePrereqInstall,etc

You can always try to download the code from GitHub and compile that, but that’s a little harder approach, but given your internet speed, the download might take a while and might stop eventually, so it may not be your best option.

I use to have the same internet speed if not worse, hang in there!

Is there a way you can try downloading the engine using a faster internet connection from a friend/university?
