I try to download the EpicGame launcher to install Twinmotion on my computer. Therefore clicking on the download button lead to a strange white page (here attached). Can someone help, please ?

Hey Fabien, try go to the epic game website in incognito, try to download from there if you still still find the error, and if yes,
try a different browser (always make sure the cache are not heavy (so clean the Epic game website cache sometimes)) and try again!
Hey there @Fabien_Lopez! The Bad Argument and Invalid characters in installer download parameters. could mean that there was some form of argument being passed to designate which localized installer to fetch.
Some things that might help:
Access the page and download link from the English (specifically the en-US) site, so that it passes the standard “clean” link.
I would also do this in an Incognito window as mentioned previously by Kim due to any cached data that might be being appended (like your chosen language).
