Download not working

Hi All,

I have had to re-install TM from the Epic Launcher, now that I have got the Launcher working. However, I left it downloading over night and it has only downloaded 80MB of 12GB.

I have average speeds of over 40MB/s on my network and over 100GB of space on an SSD disk.

I have just downloaded a 16MB file from Sketchup in seconds and I have no othr issues with any other network related activity.

Does anybody have any ideas what the problem could be? This is getting really frustrating.

The most common issue is to have have the 'Throttle Downloads' set to a maximum number.

If that is the case, please uncheck the box.

The Throttle Downloads box is unchecked.

It has taken over 15hrs to download 1GB of the 11.2GB.

I have noticed that in the log file there is a warning

WARNING:dns_config_service_win_cc(712) Failed to read DnsConfig
