Hello,
The downloads for the software, as well as access to the object and texture library of Twinmotion, Fab, and Quixel, are being blocked by our Sophos firewall.
We are forced to disable HTTPS decryption to download objects and textures from Twinmotion.
After extensive research online and on this forum, we attempted to create a dedicated firewall rule for Twinmotion by disabling HTTPS decryption for all the FQDN hosts listed in this screenshot:
We also excluded the FQDN hosts mentioned here:

Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and downloads remain blocked.
We tried reaching out to Twinmotion support through this link:

However, the “Contact Support” button does not work.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and could provide assistance?
Thank you in advance, and have a great day!
