Download getting stuck even after multiple attempts!

I have been trying to use the unreal engine to develop a game but got stuck at downloading the engine

3 times

once each

at 4% once 5% once and at 8% percent once

. I have not tried any alterations or the like mentioned in any of these help forums.
my system specs are:

**core 2 duo e7400

4Gb ddr2 ram

ati radeon 4850 512 mb graphics card**


please help me download this ue4 and will it run in my system ?
