i have this kind of issue when I am uploading my game to Google play. They already publish my app (alpha test) but I tried to download it from Google play and this is what I see:

no, we tried with multiple mail and devices but same problem, what should i do?

Note: Unreal Engine 5 uses Google Play Games Services for in-app purchases, leaderboards, and achievements. Make sure that you have set up these services correctly in the Unreal Engine 5 editor and the Google Play Developer Console.
