Hi all, I have always had an error message telling me: download error, please try again. This concerns all the library of twinmotion. I have tried everything : Log out of my account, delete libraries, delete files, disable firewall, delete cookies… Thank you in advance for your help. Good day.
I am facing the exact same issue you’re and tried everything aswell. Waiting for a solution…
Solved. There was an outage with the Twinmotion Cloud Library servers over the weekend. This issue should now be resolved.
