"Download error. Please retry" when trying to download anything from the megascans

Hello. I'm using Twinmotion FOR REVIT version 2023.1.2.

I'm otherwise very pleased with the software however I'm unable to use one of the most advertised features (quixel integration).

If I try do download anything from the megascans it gives me this error "Download error. Please retry". It's only with the megascans library, I can download regular materials, sketchfab models, ETC.

I am logged in my Epic account. Also tried to read other community posts but the only solution given was to enable some links on the firewall, I tried that to the best of my knowledge (since no one here explains exactly how to do it) but it didn't work.

I tried downloading the Epic Games launcher and downloaded a trial version of regular twinmotion but it gives me the same error. Please help.

Vincent, I´m having the same issue, and have done everything listed in all forum posts I could find, and still, cannot download anything from quixel, sketchfab and twinmotion cloud libraries. I have two twinmotion versions installed, 2023 (paid version) and 2024.1. In both cases, I did not succeed in downloading anything whatsoever; in fact, the 2023 (paid version) actually crashes when I try using HDRI backdrop. I really need a solution, because it´s impacting severely my workflow.
