Hi, can anyone help me with this. It seems to be a common problem for people and there there was an article written about it.
I’m getting the ‘download error. Please retry’ message appearing when I download assets from Twinmotion libraries. I haven’t had this problem in the past but now that I’ve started using it again, it’s happening. I’ve signed in with no issues but it still does it. I’ve allowed it in past my firewalls also.
Has anyone figured this out or is it still a problem that hasn’t been properly resolved?
