When I try and download unreal engine 4 on install it says this installation package could not be opened verify that the package exist and that you can access it or contact the application vendor
I had it all on working on my old computer my new build this happens.

Does this occur while downloading from the launcher or installing the launcher? If it fails from the launcher, could you please post you log files? You can find them here:- C:\Users\ AppData\Local\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs
That will help us further investigate the issue.

It’s from installing the launcher client don’t seem to have any unreal engine folders on my drive.
formatted drive now seems to be working don’t know what went wrong . Thanks for answer.
