Download error code 5

Hi!

Since last update for 4.10.3 version of ue4 i’m having problems with the installation and update. the first problem but that seams to be usual in china is code 0, sometimes need use vpn sometimes need put off vpn. but that problem is not i always have from the first time I download the UE4.7

The new one that is been a little pain is the code 5. Reading other people problem i’m uploading the launcher log, and the dxdiag. link text link text

about the dxdiag, i’m not sure what happens i have a two graphic cards, nvidia and intel, and i have the settings to use always the nvidia. not sure why dxdiag only mention the intel. i guess maybe there is the problem

but not sure why this is now a problem when i have been using ue4 for more than half year. (Other software that need the nvidia gpu have no problems)

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble and I apologize for the delayed response. Based on your logs it appears that there may be a connection issue. Could you please try the steps outlined here.

If this does not work, please follow the steps here and generate a new set of debug logs.
