Hello i have taken the door blueprint from the content example and am messing with it a bit. I made my own door and i put it in but for some reason it does not open like it should and i cannot figure it out. But when i try it with the SM_Door it works fine. what does the SM_Door have different then the one i made. I do not see any bones or anything on this. Cane someone please help me figure this out?.
It may be the origin of your mesh / blueprint which must be at left down for the starter content door and at middles for your’s. (so the point used to rotate.) Maybe adding a box as parent and move it would solve.
Ok thanks, I fixed it by going back into maya and changing the origin or the mesh to where i wanted the pivot to be in UE4.
