I’m having a problem with a door and frame…
it appears no one can help me…
How did you set your timeline ?
Because you only need to deal with the relative Rotation on the Z ( Yaw)
timeline b a easy one…
0 to 1 on a float…
it moves the right way… just not in the right location…
if you look at the pic for the editor… it works ok…
in the level it moves the right way and right distance… just 30 feet from the frame LOL…
iv been able to recreate this effect over and over… using Relative or world… my favorite b relative transform…
I get some really interesting things with it…
I HAVE noticed that with the origin point of the door and the origin of the frame, using a lerp of the two points offset , usually works best … point a moving along point b… but every once in a wile we get pic in-level.png …
I do have other projects working fine… this one just has me stumped as to why…
In my opinion I would set the timeline 0 to 90 used for the rotation. and set the BP like this picture
And with this timeline you can use it to close the door with the reverse
Thank you
good now
