Doom-Like HandBobbing?

Hi guys.

I have a sprite in first person controller(an Axe), each weapon in game should execute the same root’s bobbing.

But it’s not a 3D model with bones, so how can I make the hand-bobbing effect (like Ultimate Doom and Doom II) in unreal?

I moved the project from Unity to UE4, here’s what I did in the previous one:
