im brand new to UE4 and am following the quick start guide, but the transform section of Details doesn’t seem to be there. the transform axis appear but not the location, rotation and scale options.
any help would be great,
In which details section? (mesh, blueprint, bsp,…) 
Normally you should see a “transform” tab right at the top of the details section
Make sure in the details panel that you have not scrolled too far down. This will hide the transform tab. Maybe that’s it?

I have exactly the same problem. I’m new to unreal and I’m following the quick start guide, but the Transform category is not there in the Details tab in any if the BSP elements. If I add any of the elements outside the BSP the Transform section will appear in the Details.
