Don't package into single AAB

I am trying to make 1 AAB from arv7 and 64 but it creates 2 different AAB all the time (no OBB), what problem?

Size of two AAB is 147 mb . but maximum size is 150. why it separate?

after setting to dev build and a rebuid it was able to produce one universal aab and one universal apk both containing arm7 and arm 64 bit together

But you can’t publish dev build into Google store
