Doesn't work viewport 1

Doesn’t work viewport 1, but viewports 2, 3, 4 are working. I don’t understand where is a problem. The same problem occurs in other projects. Please help me.

Viewport 1 is the main editor view. I don’t think you can tear it off. You can only add viewports 2-4
