Doesnt work link to Direct link : Archicad 25 to Twinmotion

Hi, I have problem with direct link between Archicad 25 and Twinmotion.

After updates to the TM 2022.2.3. The button for import direct link is Gray and i cannot link my model.

I have no clue whats wrong.

Same here. Reinstalled Datasmith plugin. Still doesn't work.

I unchecked - Enable Substitution and then it allowed me to link to the model

I have the same issue with direct link in SketchUp 2022. Unchecking Enable Substitution allows you to import but although the imported elements appear in the Scene Graph nothing is visible in the Viewport. I have a support case on going so will see what happens.

Looking at another post the no visibility issue seems to relate to the Unreal 5.1 datasmith plugin for SketchUp. I've uninstalled that plugin and re-installed the 5.0.3 plugin on the Twinmotion page. Now the uncheck substitution advice works and my model appears in the viewport. Thanks
