Doesn’t the rx590 graphics card support path tracer? No raytracing capable device was found.

Then to check if it can work for Path Tracer here are the requirements:

I checked the benchmark of your GPU and it is 8,628 and you need 10,000 or more for Twinmotion, it also seems it is DirectX 12 compatible but does not seem to have DXR compatibility. You can check to make sure you have the latest driver updated then open Twinmotion and see if it makes a difference. https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-590
It seems only the AMD 6000 series are compatible with DXR.
