Does Unreal have built in autotiling support for tilemaps in Paper2D?

Coming over from Unity to give Unreal a shot, and I’m curious how mature the 2D functionality for Unreal is.

Bump on this. Been looking for this feature if it exists?

2d or mobiles on Unreal are not “first class citizens”, also size of generated package is huge for mobiles.
You can always fake it by doing ortho camera and your tiles on box meshes in 3d.

If you want lightweight engine with good 2d support that is not unity, you should try Godot.
With unreal, epic went for big companies and big bucks and big high quality games.

Ps. I do not work for Epic, those are my thoughts based on official news and what Epic is bragging about recently.
