Does Unreal engine work on QNX?

I want make a demo work on QNX, But currently it not support OS QNX700 （platform 8155 or R-CarH3）
would you tell me， how could I do？

We need Making it on windows, and demo running it on QNX

There is a special edition of UE that can be built on Linux and allows creating packages for QNX.

I believe it’s called Unreal Engine 4.27 HMI but it’s not free and can’t be found online (as far as I know).
