Does UE4 have local wind support?

The only actor I can find is the directional wind actor, however I need something that can be spawned with an ability to simulate wind more locally. I can’t seem to find anything in side blueprints, is there no way to do this?

Any answer on that? I m more interested on that for the speedtree. I know about ExtraBend WS pin on speedtree material node that should work with point wind in directional wind but I can not find how those two things are working together.
