I found visual studio 2012 add-in at the “Epic Games\4.10\Engine\Extras\UnrealVS\VS2012” for the UE 4.10.Does UE 4.10 support Visual Studio 2012 completely?

We dropped full support for Visual Studio 2012 in version 4.7. We currently only support its use for Xbox One projects, and even in those cases the actual compiler that is used is from the latest version of Visual Studio.
