Does the sample vehicle game work with 4.3 so we can use vehicles?

you can download in the marktplace the 4.3.0 version again

And if not, is there a way I can get the new vehicle example to work with 4.3? I dont need the whole racing game just the car physics

Hi CyberDev,

You can do a couple of different things.

You can open the 4.2 version and migrate assets as suggested in one of the other answers. If any C++ coding was used with any of those assets this will not transfer and will cause the asset to not function properly or at all.

You can launch the 4.3 version of the engine and click to open the Vehicle Game project from the projects folder. If it’s an older version when you open it will show the following dialogue.

You can choose to convert or backup or skip the conversion. By Skipping it may not function if there have been changes to systems it may have used.

Beyond that you can go back to the marketplace and download the ready made 4.3 version.
