Does the Quadro RTX 4000 with Max-Q Design support path tracer in twin motion 2022?

Hello ,

Thank you for posting your question in the community regarding the RTX 4000 card. The Path Tracer relies on the Ray Tracing technology and needs at least 8GB of VRAM. When you say it does not work what is the error you are getting and how much VRAM does your card have?

Please check the make sure you have the latest drivers and if you have the Graphic Hardware support option to choose DirectX 12 in the settings menu (Shortcut: Ctrl+P).

if you have 2 GPU on your computer here are the steps to follow to dedicate the right GPU with Twinmotion:

Also, please make sure it you are using Window 10 version or newer: 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2. This can be checked in the About menu of your OS settings.

I am having the exact same issue with an RTX 4000. Which has 16gb of vram. Not sure what the issue is but were you able to get it to work Adam?
