Im not sure using fiverr is a good place for getting a coder unless you want to pay for single code bytes which you cannot do yourself. Writing a whole game using this service could be quite costly this way.
Suggest maybe advertising to partner with someone via these forums or even request the services via payment through here also.
This of course is my opinion and please do not be discouraged from fiverr. I have used it myself before and been very impressed with the results.
