Does Maya have a conform brush with an offset like Max?

I like 3DS Max’s conform brush with an offset to paint another mesh such as clothes on top of my character, using the offset so it’s just above the surface. Is there something similar in Maya? What I’m trying to do is create morphs for my clothing since my character has a variety of morphs setup. If I can use Maya’s sculpting tools to conform it to my characters surface, it’ll save me a ton of time.
