Well, I ordered a set of artilugues from epicstore… (even that they doesnt have much small items :P), they charged 75 USD for shipment, been a week now since I ordered, I didnt get a track number, I dont know where my items are, and Im right now out to some other state in my country… there is one person here I need to ask when the items will be here.
I have also contacted http://www.epicgamesstore.com/pages/customer-service 2 times (in different days), and didnt get a simple email (not even one automatic), I asked for “status of my order”.
So hope I get some of the attention in this please? (I mean I dont need to say please when I have already pay isnt?).
